Combining online tutorials and interactive assessments, we delve into the history of reformer pilates and how it has developed and evolved over time. We break down over 70 reformer exercises - their focus, modifications, progressions and contraindications - as well as the use of props; and then teach you how to intelligently sequence classes. In addition to the online tutorials, taken in your own time and at your own pace over 6 weeks, submitted assessments include an Anatomy Exam, Pilates Theory Exam, and 7 video submissions of yourself teaching. To complete your training, you have 6 months from your start date to log the following: 20 hours in-class observation at Reformer Studios 20 hours participation at Reformer Studios 10 hours practice teaching We provided weekly guidance, feedback and mentoring via emails and WhatsApp community.
